How do I set a custom Alarm tone/sound/song?

I remember being able to import my own alarm tones as alarms on iPhone. However, I notice that I cannot do this anymore on ios18. In fact, the health sleep section has even fewer alarm tones than the clock app does.

How do I set my own ringtone as an alarm? I have the file all ready to go in my files app.

How to change DEFAULT alarm ringtone after software update. After the last update when telling Siri to create an alarm (or doing it manually) it uses the default tone. I want to change it back to what I was using before but have not been successful yet. I deleted all alarms. Set a new one. Rebooted. But so far nothing works.
