One software on my Mac can't connect with Internet
I bought Wondershare PDFElement 11 yesterday. When I open the software on my iMac, I can't connect with Internet, which prevents me from using the software.
I get this message : URL SESSION TASK FAILED WITH ERROR.
Now PDFElement 10 has the same problem and I can't use either version of the software.
I uninstalled both versions and reinstalled PDFElement 11, but it doesn't work.
I did a test installation on my MacBook and PDFElement 11 works fine.
I use OS Monterey and I have Intego antivirus on both computers.
