Why are Writing Tools missing in iOS 18.1?

After updating my iPhone 15 pro last week to 18.1 ,i tried to search “writing tools” while sending or typing notes, but it is not to be seen !! Why

Go to Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri and join the waitlist: How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support.

I joined yesterday and this morning I got the notification that Apple Intelligence was now available on my device. I can now use Writing Tools.

Did you actually read the information on that screen?

Specifically, this statement: “Apple Intelligence is not available when iPhone is set

to English (India).”

You also need to change your Siri voice to US English.

Your phone is on low power mode. Turn off low power mode, then try again.

I set them language to USA and voice also to American. Same result .
