Using ipad as a portable display for mac mini

Im looking to buy the new M4 Ipad pro but want to use it like a mac and im also considering to buy the M4 Mac mini .I would like to use the ipad as a portable display for the mac mini. Is there any way to do so and if so can anyone guide me through the steps.

the mac mini will still need a main display of its own but try reading
