iPhone Touch ID and password settings are not showing

Hi, the Touch ID and passwords setting on my iPhone SE second generation is not showing on my settings app ive looked for ages but cannot find it.

Go to Settings/Screen Time Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Passcode & Face ID to Allow.
