Windows laptop no longer connects to my Iphones hotspot after ios 18 update

Hi guys, yesterday I updated my Iphone 13 to los 18 and noticed that my laptop would not connect to my iphones hotspot which I thought was strange, then I tried to connect my brothers and my moms iphones which are also updated to los 18 and my laptop just does not connect to any single one of them. I tried resetting network settings on both Iphone and laptop but none of that helped so I simply do not know what to do. Windows troubleshooter says no dhcp found and the “maximise compatibility” option is turned on in the settings. I thought the problem may be with pc but I tried connecting my laptop to an old Iphone X and it worked flawlessly over usb and over wifi, so I suspect an issue is with the 18 update. Any help would be appreciated ))
