iPhone won't hold a stable hotspot on Windows machines

I have tried all sorts of switches, resetting devices, resetting connections, maximum compatability, etc. The only way I have been able to get my laptop to stay connected through a hotspot is on my Android phone. I checked a few online communities and all the recommendations I have already tried on my own. Again, the only solution was to use another phone NOT from Apple. For example, in the short time it took me to write this out I would have had to restart my iPhone connection at least once, maybe twice. I was able to use internet through my Android phone for the last 20 minutes with no interruptions. Apple needs to fix this.

My laptop just went through a full update, including drivers. It was an issue before the update and after. As I mentioned in my OP, I don’t have the issue with my Android. The connection was stable for about an hour, whether I was active on the net or not. The iPhone would drop in the middle of working. I do believe this isn’t an issue with my laptop but with my iPhone. It is likely an issue with many iPhones as some of my coworkers have mentioned the same issue with various versions of iPhones.
