If the screen saver is on, it does not beep. Occasionally, and a loud noise(?) will follow the beep. My iMac24 constantly beeps when it unlocked, whether I'm at the keyboard or not. What could be causing this annoying noise?

Have you. tried to restart the Mac to see if the issues persist? If they persist you might want to try with another keyboard to see if there is no key stuck
