No he doesn't. No iPhone 12 ever made has Touch ID. You really need to give on your quest for Touch ID on an iPhone 13. It is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE. Feel free to comment back, but I'm done here.

If you have an iPhone 13 mini, that would be expected, as it has FaceID.

Well, that's is NOT possible. Your iPhone DOESN'T have a Touch ID sensor built into the phone. As stedman1 correctly points out, your iPhone is Face ID only.

There is NO WAY. iPhone 13 doesn't have anything remotely close to Touch ID hardware. None. You have Face ID and that's what you have. Feel free to stop by your closest Apple Store and ask them how to enable Touch ID on an iPhone 13. They will confirm what we've told you and that is there NO TOUCH ID on iPhone X, Xs, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or the new 16 models. The ONLY model Apple currently sells with Touch ID is iPhone SE 3rd generation. And that too will likely be replaced in the near future with a phone without Touch ID and will likely have Face ID instead.
