My friend gave me his iPhone 12 Pro Max an removed it from his account but yet it’s showing me lock the owner how can I fix it

You cannot bypass Activation Lock. We cannot. Apple will not. If your friend will not, or cannot, unlock the phone, it will remain a “brick.”

Assuming that your friend is the rightful owner, ask your friend to prepare the iPhone properly, as outlined in

You need your friend to provide his Apple ID and Apple ID Password to unlock the phone.

The phone is completely useless until it is unlocked.
