Loan denied payment still taken

Tried applying for credit to trade in my iPhone and Citizens Bank charged me $46.57 but denied me credit. Their phone number is take option 3 to get your money back. Apple says you will automatically be refunded in 5-7 days but I wasn’t.

Unauthorised charges on my Apple Account Apple hadn’t taken a charge out in 3 days, so I went to move the money to my apple account to square it up. How do I dispute and get a refund for unauthorized Apple charges on my credit card? In 2024 Apple withdrew over $1600 from my debit card and bank account for payment of apps and services I never knew were charged to me. I downloaded the Apple package with music, Apple TV, news, which I knew was 34.00 per month. In addition I had the Peacock app which has movies and tv shows. I had bank and identity fraud in 2023 that wiped out my mother’s retirement funds and all my assets. I live in Florida with my 85 year old mom and disabled brother and just keeping our mortgage paid and food on the table is a stressful balancing act. I am in no position -in any way, shape, or form to spend $1600+ for apps and other nonessential purchases. I want to send the list of charges that I am refuting and get my money returned. What is the most efficient way to send documents and written statements explaining what the charges were and why I believe I should receive a return of the sum.
