By Pressing side button Siri appears instead of shutting down
When I press the side button of my Apple Watch 9, Siri appears instead. Same thing appears on pressing the crown button.

This is a known error that happens occasionally. A forced restart might fix it:
Do this only when you cannot restart your watch and never do this when updating watchOS
To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
