Transferring passwords from Norton to the new Apple Passwords app

I have used Norton Safe Web Plus for many years, and have over 300 saved passwords. I am trying to transfer these into the new Apple Passwords app on my MacMini running macOS 15.1. Norton lets me generate a csv file, but Passwords doesn't like it because the file is missing column labels. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Try adding a column header row at the beginning of the CSV file. The Passwords app uses the following headers: Title, URL, Username, Password, Notes, OTPAuth.

If your data in the CSV file is in this order, insert the following row at the top of the file:

Title,URL,Username,Password,Notes,OTPAuth

You can change the order of headers in the line above to match the order of your data.
