Hopefully you used an Apple ID/Password as a reset method when you set up the Screen Time code.
If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
When you set up the Screen Time Passcode, you are given the option to use an Apple ID in case you forget it. If you skip this step, you see another warning that the Apple ID is required to reset the passcode if you forget it. Ignoring that last warning will likely result in you needing to Factory Reset your device or contacting Apple directly.
