Horizontal black line in photos app after updating 18.1

Using iphone 13.. After updating to 18.1, a thin black horizontal line appears in photos app when i open an image. It disappears but the line keeps on appearing inconsistently. This happens only in photos app alone. When exited everything works fine. This could not be captured in screenshot also.

iphone photo library not showing header in normal mode. I don't think they're even trying to fix it, many updates without patches.

I just updated today and I no longer see it. So I assume they finally fixed it. (iPhone 12)
