I have bought an apple TV 3rd. generation, but it has some problems. 1. I can not see my apple TV on my phone when I open screen mirroring, 2. In apple TV main menu activation is failed. 3. free platforms in apple TV does not play any videos

In apple TV main menu activation is failed.
