Apple16Pro Max camera doesn’t work

Has anyone had issues with the IPhone 16 Pro Max. Like when you go to take a picture the camera freezes the screen turns black and then it goes back to your Home Screen. Making it impossible to take a photo unless you restart your phone. I have to restart my phone at least 10 times daily. Or whe. You have a phone call and either you can’t hear them or they can’t hear you? Has anyone found a solution? Had this phone for a little over a month it is my second replacement and still having the same issues. Any solutions would be appreciated as I am frustradaconmanzana.
