TD Bank log in issue

After purchasing a new iPhone I can no longer log in to the TD Bank app. I just bought an iPad and same issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the apps multiple times. I have spent hours on the phone with the bank - they cannot even see me attempt to log in. My app response is my credentials are not correct........However my sister can log onto my TD account from her IMAC without issue.

I have a new SE. My ipad logs onto the TD app fine (using face id) but my iphone says my ID and password are incorrect and wants me to enter a new one but I don't know why or if this will effect my ipad so daren't change it. I have passwords out the gazoo and it seems different apple passwords for things like apple pay, apple ID and regular device logins and I'm totally confused by it all. Help is so basic it's useless :(
