Apple store taking too long for a simple screen repair

I cracked my i phone 15 screen and i made a appointment with the genius bar to get it replaced they told me they dont have my screen and they need to ship it from this other place and they told me it will take 1 day to ship but the next day when i walk in to the store they tell me they haven’t received anything and told me i will receive a phone call the next day because it will be here on the 3rd day but here am i on the 3rd day with no response or anything i expected my phone to repaired in the same day like they said but its taking so long for something very simple.

This is a user-to-user site. We are users here......just like you.

Apple is not here. No one from Apple will see your post or reply.

If the part to fix your phone is delayed, there is nothing that we can do for you. We have no control over Apple or their stores.

Why don't you speak to the store manager to get them involved?

That's unfortunate, but I'm not sure what you're hoping anyone on this user to user only forum can do for you? This isn't Apple Support, just a forum of users just like you. If Apple doesn't have the screen, you'll have to wait until they get one for your phone. Expressing your frustration here about this won't make the screen come any faster to your Apple Store.
