Recently, I had a green line on the display so i bought a dead phone and took the display and changed so its a 100% genuine display so once the repair is done, I came to settings app so i can fix complete the repair and to show as a genuine part there is no such a it just says as unknown part I'm running on 18.1 is there any fix...

You yourself don't have the resources to reprogram the screen, so yes, you'll see an unknown part on your iPhone. This wasn't something you should tried to do yourself. Whether Apple will replace the screen for you with one themselves, you'll have to go to your Apple Store Genius bar and ask them. They won't likely just let the screen from another phone stay on your iPhone. If they are willing to help you, they'll most likely require you to pay the full fee for them to put a new screen on your iPhone.
