Error 4013 when trying to restore iPhone 11

Hi, my iPhone 11 Pro Max was flashing with the apple logo all day try to reset many of times but no luck.

Im now getting support.apple.com/iPhone/restore

tried plugging it into my Mac to update but am getting error message 4013.

Unfortunately my I cloud hasnt automatically updated my pictures and have lost all pics and videos up to 2021. Surely there must be a way to recover my data and pictures.

please can someone advise.

First things first. Regarding the Error 4013 message:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Regarding the data and pictures......If these items are not currently backed up on iCloud, then you won't be able to recover them......unless.....you backed them up on another computer or service.

Hi! Try carefully warming the earpiece area with a hair dryer for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat the process if necessary. There might me a short in the earpiece caused by water. That turned out to be the case in my iPhone X.
