How do I move a game from Game Centre to Google Play?

I am playing a game called Train Conductor World and am fairly advanced. My iPad is dying and I have had to buy an Android tablet due to financial pressures, rather than a new iPad. The game can’t get picked up on the new Lenovo tablet because Game Centre and Google Play are not compatible. Is there any way at all I can move the saved game across to the new Android tablet please? I don’t want to lose it. I know the game is saved in the iCloud, but I don’t know where. It’s not in my iCloud account.
