iCloud backup not restoring TikTok drafts on iPhone

icloud backup used to backup tiktok drafts and every time I would get a new phone, I would also be able to have all my drafts from pervious phones thanks to the backup. Today that didn't happen and I had to factory reset my phone, thinking I will have all my drafts when I install my icloud backup, but that didn't happen. So now I have lost 4 years worth of videos. How am I gonna get them back and who will help me with that?
