Summarization Unavailable for written tool in Apple Intelligence

Hi everyone

I’m having some trouble with the Written Tool in Apple Intelligence after updating to version 15.1. I can now use the Written Tool to rewrite any written document, like emails or Word documents, but I can’t seem to use the Summarize Function. I’ve checked the Word file, email, and website content, but I keep getting the same error message: “Summarization unavailable”.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I’m living in Vietnam, by the way.
