Unable to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on my iPhone
Hello I haven’t been able to use my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth what can I do please?

Is Wi-Fi "grayed out" so you cannot turn it on or off?
Tap Settings > Bluetooth
Is Bluetooth "grayed out" so you cannot turn it on or off?
If "yes" to both questions, the chip that provides Wi-Fi and Bluetooth services has failed and the phone will need to be serviced at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.
