Does Apple offer any customer service in Australia today?

I cannot access the icloud at all on my computer and have a new iphone16. I want service now and this is reasonable considering the price of the iphone16Pro.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17

I will try this but suspect getting the following: (1) Pages and pages of written material which will take hours to sift through and at the end of this sifting, am likely to find that the issue that I have with Apple is not even covered, (2)

Written material that is not clear to anyone other than whoever wrote it who already has familiarity with the product. Instructions that include advice to tab between screens which are three or four actions away from each other instead of just one short step are inadequate instructions. Instructions that are out of date are not adequate. Instructions also presume a functional phone that is more likely to be American.
