Apple Vision restore through recovery mode
Over the past month, I have had the worst experience after 15 years of using Apple products. Without any valid reason, they locked my OLD previous account.( " this account is locked and can't be used ") Every time I reached out to support—whether through online chat or phone conversations with supervisors and escalated agents—I pleaded for my Apple ID to be unlocked. I provided countless pieces of information, memories from childhood to the present, numerous photos, and more, but the support team refused to cooperate. This ordeal deeply affected me.
The most devastating part of this nightmare was that, with "Find My" enabled on all my devices, my Apple ID password was no longer accepted due to the account lock. Consequently, all my devices, a substantial collection, encountered problems.
Yet, Apple offered no assistance other than the option to unlock my Apple ID from Activation Lock.
When I finally requested an activation lock removal for Apple vision pro and it was approved, Apple instructed me to restore your apple vision through recovery mode to reinstall the operating system and regain usage. But my question to Apple remains—how could this even be possible through a recovery restore for this device ? The guidance they provided linked to instructions that did not even include proper steps for a recovery restore!
This experience has left me feeling betrayed, frustrated, and at a complete loss.
they sent me below link (for apple vision there is no restoring through recovery mode guide):
apple said:
"For steps on restoring your device through recovery mode, visit:
Do not restore the device from a backup. If a device is restored from a backup, Activation Lock may be reapplied."
so how can i do this process ?
