How to delete health data from icloud

The company I work for asks me to convert my AppleID to a work AppleID.

I have no problem with that since I use this ID only on my company supplied iPhone.

But the conversion blocks because I need to delete my health data from the iCloud.

How on earth do I do that?

And where did it get this data from, I never used any health app or anything.

Please don't go into a discussion about the conversion of my ID or how the data got into the iCloud in the first place.

Just explain how I can delete it.
