Disney plus Foreign language doesn’t give subtitles

Trying to watch the TV series “Touch” on the Disney plus App and whenever there is a foreign language spoken it says in the subtitles within brackets it says what the language that is being spoken (eg French), but not what they are saying.

If I turn on subtitles it will give me all the English words spoken in the subtitles but will not translate the foreign languages just gives the same notification of what language they are speaking in (eg French) and not translate the dialogue.
