Your iOs has to be the latest version (check for updates even if you don’t have the notification badge for the update) so you can download the latest clean up version the way you trying to.

My iPhone 16 pro after updated 18.2 clean up suddenly not working. Now updated 18.2.1 still not working!! Having the latest iphone with the latest updated version software the issues even more and worse…what is the point...Why and what happened??

I tried it too and it says that it can’t be downloaded at this time after sitting for like an hour

After installing iOS 18.1.1 it stopped working.

Same. So disappointing. I tried turning off my phone many times to refresh my phone, my wifi is on stable connection and still its not working

So what’s going on? My wife and I both have iPhone 16 with iOS 18.1.1 - I have the cleanup tool working but hers won’t download. Very odd

I can’t download cleanup or apple intelligence. WiFi is stable and I tried restarting but it didn’t work.

For me it now suddenly started working again. Not sure if it was connected to the update to 18.2.
