It seems to be possible but I'm not sure how that works: Use a Bluetooth keyboard with VoiceOver on Apple Watch - Apple Support.


Otherwise, if your paired iPhone is nearby, you can use it to enter text:


  1. On Apple Watch, start dictating or entering text.
  2. On iPhone, tap the notification for Apple Watch Keyboard Input, then continue dictating or typing.
