Unable to update my iPhone 11 to iOS 17.7.1

IOS 17.7.1 will not upload to my iPhone 11. Error message states that I am no longer connected to the internet

Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.
