Unable to downgrade Apple One plan

I am trying to downgrade my Appleone plan to a lower level, but it won’t let me change anything. It is completely greyed out and won’t let me do anything but, cancel my whole order..all I want to do is downgrade to the $20 plan.. help!

I have a similar problem. I had Cloud+ 2TB before upgrading to Apple One Family. Now I pay for Apple One Family and separately for Cloud+ - but it's not shown as a premium subscription, so I can't downgrade and the Cloud+ 2TB subscription can't be canceled because the systems says its part of Apple One Family.
