With the new update to the iPhone, it appears that I do not have access to the utilities section in the Photos app. I’ve gone to settings and changed the content and privacy restrictions setting but this has not worked. What other options do I have to regain access?

In iOS 18, the Utilities section is at bottom of the main Photos window.
The Utilities menu may be collapsed, and clicking on the > symbol will expand the menu section.
Another possible reason that Utilities might not be visible can be revealed in the new Customize & Reorder menu:
If Utilities is unchecked, then that section won't show in the Main window.
Also, the Utilities section can be moved within the Main window by dragging up or down.
