Locating Shortcuts App on iPhone to disable annoying shortcuts

You won’t have any shortcuts unless you create them with the Shortcuts app. If you don’t see it on your screen go to the App Library, the last page of the Home screen, tap the Search box and search for Shortcuts. It is guaranteed to be there, unless you previously deleted it.

But it’s possible that what you think is a shortcut is just the way iOS works, especially if you don’t remember creating any shortcuts.

The Home Screen has all those little icons that you tap to use an app.

If you put your finger on the right edge of it and slide your finger to the left a new page of the Home Screen will appear.

if you do this repeatedly, when you can’t swipe further you are viewing the App Library

Neither of those are shortcuts. Yahoo Finance is an app, Siri is a built-in feature. Please read the manual.
