I completed the October 2024 challenge but since updating my watch and phone the badge is missing. I have restarted both the watch and phone multiple times and it’s still not showing up.

It may take up to a couple of days until all Health data and Awards are synced after a firmware upgrade.
If a normal restart did not work, try to force restart both devices as mentioned in these articles:
