Missing Spring Equinox badge on Apple Watch after completing challenge

I didn’t recieve the Spring Equinox challenge on my Apple Watch I completed all 3 rings but didn’t get the badge ..?? Is this normal ..??

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

After that check your Fitness App.
