The people here are users like yourself and we have no access to your account information. The people on this support forum are not Apple.

The support article If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support explains how you can check your iTunes and App Stores purchase history, cancel subscriptions, and track possible sources of unrecognized Apple charges you may see on a bill. These may be purchases by Family Sharing members (you should see a receipt), others sharing your card (such as a spouse or a second Apple Account you have; you may not see a receipt). The article also provides a specific link for contacting Apple if you cannot trace the source of charges.

If you are absolutely certain neither you, nor Apple, nor a Family Sharing member can account for a charge and it ONLY appears on a bill for a payment method you alone control, you may have been the victim of fraud. Contact your financial institution. Apple is not responsible for fraud.

If you still wish to speak with Apple, refer to this page for Apple Support features ➔ Contact - Official Apple Support

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
