How do I request a refund for my Apple subscription through GCash?

Hi! To request a refund for an Apple subscription paid with GCash, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the purchase, and select Report a Problem. Apple will review your request. GCash can’t process Apple refunds directly.

The refund will be applied to your initial method of payment. It may take up to 30 days if a refund is granted for it to appear in your account. Are you in the Philippines? That appears to be the only country in which Apple supports GCash.
