Apple TV HomeKit not showing rooms
I have followed the process described to use Apple TV as a home hub for Home security cameras to record movement, but when in settings to ‘Airplay and HomeKit ‘ , ‘Select a Room ‘ isn’t showing any room options?
Better (more elaborate) tools to the same settings may be available in the Home app on iPhone or iPad. Try to assign the Apple TV box to a named room there.
The Home app would default to a standard set of room names (e.g. Living Room), but you can manually change that or add to that if needed/wanted.
