Why my Macbook Pro 2017 doesnt support 1920x1080 and 60hertz while connected to an external monitor

I don't have an option for 60 hertz in 1920x1080 resolution.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.7

when you choose "mirror displays" your Mac computes a compromise resolution that appears to be attainable by BOTH displays, then sets them running on ONE display-generator, in lockstep. you can't make changes unless the mirrored displays appear to be able to make them at the same time.

if you want to release your displays from this entanglement, turn Mirror displays OFF.
