Your iPhone was manufactured for the China market. Apple Intelligence has not yet been approved for iPhones sold in China. Until it is, regardless of where in the world you live Apple Intelligence will not be able to be used.

It doesn't matter where you bought your phone. It ONLY matters for what market the phone was manufactured. Your phone was made for China and until Apple Intelligence is permitted to be used for Chinese market phones, you will NOT have Apple Intelligence.
People SHOULD pay attention to the model iPhone they are buying. iPhones are sold regionally and there are ALWAYS regional differences to accommodate different markets.
The next time you buy an iPhone, you should pay attention to the model and the market it was manufactured for. I don't know who you bought your phone from, but clearly it was NOT from Apple. Apple would NOT sell iPhones in Turkey which were manufactured for China. Complain to whomever you purchased the phone from.

As I've explained, you bought an iPhone made for a country which can't use Apple Intelligence. If there is a difference between us is I don't own an iPhone made for China. You do.
I have a question for you. WHY didn't you buy your iPhone from Apple directly? If you had done so, you wouldn't be here complaining you can't use Apple Intelligence.
I did not buy my phone from China. No one buys a phone by looking at the model number. No one can know that either. They should not have sold Chinese phones in Turkey. It is ridiculous to make the same payment and not be able to use it. 15 pro max = n0kia 33 10
