Change date format in icloud (mail web version) to dd/mm/yyyy

The date in iCloud Mail shows up as mm/dd/yyyy

and I would like to change it to the "normal" dd/mm/yyyy.

I've tried the suggestions from the web browser - both Chrome and Edge - but there are already in European format.

I tried going through AppleTV to modify the country/region but I am unable to do this as it's greyed out but it is already set to Italy.

I've tried from my Account on the iPhone but it's already set to Italy.

What else can I try? Help!!!!!
