I received an iCloud terms & Conditions update in Japan, but is it a scam? The intro is in English, but the Terms and Conditions are in Spanish?
Just seems very odd in Japan not to be in Japanese or English as my iPhone is set to English. Anyone else have the message received November 6th, 2024?

Am no expert: Many people have accepted the new T & C's ok, so seems many have received a genuine message.
Also:
Seems iCloud Notes may have to be reset on the device and downloaded anew from iCloud. ie: See the reply given in a discussion thread on a similar issue below:
