Do you see it in your purchase history and able to manage the subscription?
View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support
View or cancel app subscriptions on iPhone - Apple Support
If not, let us know the exact description of the charge you are seeing and where you are seeing it. Are you an Organizer of a Family plan with purchase sharing to allow family members to make charges to your card?
If you do not see it in your Purchase History, Subscriptions and are not using purchase sharing to allow family members to make purchases on your account, then it would indicate your card has been compromised. I would first check with Apple to confirm they are fraudulent charges:
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
Then contact your bank to secure your account and dispute the charges.
Then most likely someone has gotten your credit card information and is making fraudulent charges to the card. You'll need to contact your bank, report the fraudulent charges, and get them to cancel your card and issue you a new one.
