Help! My iPhone 11 suddenly shut down while I was using it. I thought it would just restart on its own. It didn’t. I tried to turn it on again but nothing. It was not exposed to water or anything else. The current battery health was at 76%.

And that......is the problem. The battery should have been replaced at 80%.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

My eSIM was on that iPhone 11. Could I still get it even if the phone is off or should I let my phone carrier handle the transfer of it?
The carrier can handle the transfer if you get a new phone.
