I want to do the hearing test, but I need to update my installed firmware version in my pods. How do I do that?

The AirPods firmware is updating automatically most of the times

Please put them on the charger for the update to be pushed through

Is there me a way I can force the firmware upload of version 7B19??

I’ve tried plugging pods into power next to my iPhone for hours….
