Refund request for JustSpeak AI app on iPhone

welcome,

On October 25, 2024, I was charged $99.99 for an app called "JustSpeak AI." I applied to you on the site for a refund and you refused to return and wrote that it will not be returned and that the decision is final. After that, I wrote to the mentioned application to return the paid amount, and they wrote to me that I should contact you about the return. Why don't you return the paid amount when the contact persons of the application write to me that it should be returned??

Developers cannot issue refunds and all they did was refer you to the standard link that you used. In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final, but in some cases Apple may issue a compassionate refund, it should never be expected though. Make sure you cancel the subscription so it does not auto-renew.

If you used a free trial, then that must be cancelled at least 24 hours before that trial period ends to avoid a subscription charge. The free trial and/or the subscription amount shows clearly on your screen before double clicking the side button to authorize the transaction. That is not something that is done by accident.
