How to create a Japanese Apple Account for the App Store?

Was trying to make a Japanese Apple ID for the App Store, and when i tried at the create apple id website, it said that couldn’t continue process thing.

It’s under a different email than this account, obviously.

nevermind i can figure this out on my own. Can’t see a delete post option so typing this

apple id wont work so i created a japanese apple id in itunes (on a windows pc). it all worked, i verified the email and after that nothing happened. i was just back at the itunes store page, but when i try to log in with my new apple id it just says that the apple id doesnt exist, even tho all the data is correct. the iforgot and appstore on my ipad also said that it doesnt exist and idk what to even do at this point.

Unable to create an Apple Account for my child in Poland I'm trying to create an apple account for my child (8y). Country and region is set to Poland. I follow the process, set existing email address and suggested phone number (mine). Once I set the phone number and set to use it (no matter if this is mine or new one), I always get an error "your account cannot be created at this time". I was trying to create this account using iPhone, iPad and macbook. Result is always the same. Any idea what might be wrong? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
