iPhone 15 Pro - constant issues with cellular reception and accessing web pages

Since day one (Nov 2023), I have had ongoing issues with my iPhone 15 Pro regarding cellular connectivity and very poor response to accessing webpages. I have contacted both Apple and Bell (Canada) and they both say everything is "normal". But it's NOT normal. This is the worst iPhone I have ever had.

Often when I have a full 4 bars of 5G connectivity, I cannot download webpages, access social media links, etc. It either takes forever or the pages simply never load.

If this can't be addressed and fixed, I will definitely be looking at other hardware when I next upgrade.
